Contact: Colleen McNally Joins the Delmarva Foundation as Senior Advisor Easton, MD, April 16, 2008 – Colleen McNally, M.S.Ed., RN, CPHQ, has joined the Delmarva Foundation as a Senior Advisor in Systems Improvement. In this position, she will assist in the development of systems, processes and methodologies to ensure compliance, quality and efficiency with the goal of improving overall organization performance and customer satisfaction. McNally comes to Delmarva from the Virginia Quality Improvement Organization (QIO), the Virginia Health Quality Center (VHQC). “We are thrilled that Colleen is joining Delmarva. Colleen brings more than 10 years of leadership experience to Delmarva at a critical point in our development," said Christian Jensen, MD, Chief Executive Officer of the Delmarva Foundation. “Colleen’s extensive leadership experience in quality improvement work will be a great asset to Delmarva.” McNally has extensive experience in QIO operations and leadership and facilitation of non-co-located groups. Over the past 10 years, McNally has worked in several capacities at VHQC including Senior Advisor to the CEO and Director of Corporate Quality Improvement and Compliance. Throughout these roles, she provided advice and consultation in the areas of strategic planning, strategic decision-making and organizational structure and function, as well as leadership and oversight for the VHQC’s organization-wide Quality Improvement and Compliance programs. She also has prior experience with the Iowa and North Carolina/South Carolina QIOs and worked as a nurse epidemiologist and critical care nurse within the Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio. ### About Delmarva Foundation
