Contact: Health Integrity Elects Three New Board Members to Board of Directors Easton, Maryland, June 13, 2007 – Health Integrity, LLC announces the appointment as Board Chairman, Gaetano F. (Guy) Molinari, MD, MPH, and the addition of two new board members, Brenda L. Crabbs, and Joshua P. Roberson, EA. These three will join Christian E. Jensen, MD, MPH, President and Chief Executive Officer of Delmarva Foundation, to complete the Health Integrity Board of Directors. Board Chair, Guy Molinari, MD, MPH is currently Professor Emeritus of Neurology at George Washington University, as well as Consultant Reviewer for the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems-Stroke Diagnostic and Treatment Centers Program. He also has a long employment history as former Medical Director with Delmarva Foundation which is the parent company of Health Integrity, LLC. Brenda L. Crabbs is the Director of Owings Mills Corporate Round Table which addresses business issues impacting Baltimore Life’s home office community. Ms. Crabbs has served on many boards in her career such as the Board of Directors for the Hannah More School in Reisterstown, MD and the Board of Directors for the Arthritis Foundations Maryland Chapter. Joshua P. Roberson is the owner of J.P. Roberson and Associates, a tax planning, accounting and management firm in Upper Marlboro. Mr. Roberson has been in business for twenty-two years providing accounting, tax preparation, and tax representation. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Society of Accountants since 1993 and has worked on various committees for the organization. Health Integrity’s mission is to protect the fiscal and clinical integrity of healthcare systems in the communities it serves. Through its Medicare Drug Integrity Contractor (MEDIC) contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Health Integrity monitors complaints in the Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Benefit Program. Responsible for the southeast MEDIC region, (which includes southern states from Virginia to Florida as well as Puerto Rico), Health Integrity also refers fraud investigations to the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and supports OIG cases with data, medical and pharmaceutical experience, audits, training and investigative expertise. ### About Delmarva Foundation
