How to Access Your Members Listing

1. Logon to the ListManager (listserv) as a list administrator at:
   
   http://delmarva.lyris.net/?current_list=listname
   
   FAQ – What is the “listname” for my list?
   
   If your list’s e-mail address is healthtalk@lists.dfmc.org, then the listname is “healthtalk”.

2. At the prompt, enter your e-mail address and Lyris password. (If you get a “blank” screen after step 1, refresh your browser.
   Note: If you are an administrator for more than one list and you choose to change your assigned password, please be consistent and use the same password across all lists. The exception being, unless your listed under a different e-mail address (i.e., one password for each e-mail address). Please contact the List Administrator at listmeister@dfmc.org, if this is not clear.
   
   

3. The first screen will be the “list administrator's" home page.  Click the "Members" button , which is located in the left-hand navigation menu.

4. The next screen will be your member listing screen.

5. Please note that as an administrator, you have the ability to add and delete members without limitation.  However, when adding a member via the member listing screen, the new member WILL NOT receive an automated Welcome message or any notification for that matter. This is referred to as a “silent subscribe”.
   
   If this is NOT your preference and you wish to have an automated notification/Welcome message sent to a new member, there are basically three options, with the first two being the simplest:
   
   

   1. Instruct the new member(s) to send a blank e-mail to:
      join-listname@lists.dfmc.org

   2. Send a request to add the new member(s) to listmeister@dfmc.org

   3. Import the new member(s) from a .txt or .csv file.

CAUTION: As a list administrator, you have rights and permissions to change how the list functions from a system standpoint. Needless to say, altering systems settings without a full understanding of the consequences is not encouraged. However, if a situation presents itself where you find it necessary to change a list setting, please read the online help documentation before making any changes or contact the system list administrator at listmeister@dfmc.org for assistance.
