Delmarva Foundation, through the Maryland Patient Safety Center, is the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's 100k Lives Campaign Node for Maryland and the District of Columbia. Nearly 500 doctors, nurses, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, hospital executives and healthcare quality professionals celebrated the strides being made in our region to ensure that all patients get the best healthcare possible.

CMS 3-State Hospital Pilot Conference - May 25, 2005
On May 25, 2005, Delmarva Foundation hosted a day-long, meeting along with Mathematica Research, Inc. as part of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Three-State Hospital Pilot project at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, DC. An audience of 115 learned about the benefits of public reporting as nationally recognized leaders in the healthcare industry led discussions about the use of public reporting as a tool to improve patient care, emphasizing the roles various stakeholders play in the process.
