Design and Facilitate Improvements

DF designs and facilitates quality improvement projects in collaboration with hospitals, nursing homes, home care providers, doctors’ offices, and managed care plans. These services include technical assistance, collaborative improvement projects, peer-to-peer learning, training and education on best practices, and other ways for providers to learn, share, and make dramatic improvements in care.

Performance Assessment

We work with all payers assessing the performance of providers and providing assistance in improving critical healthcare services.

Data Analysis and Medical Review

DF is one of the nation’s leaders in external quality review of state Medicaid programs, ensuring that those people who are most in need of healthcare services, the poor and needy, are provided necessary services in a timely and cost-effective manner. DF also provides tremendous expertise in large-scale data analysis and medical review services.

Leadership

In the community, DF provides leadership for all stakeholders in driving an agenda for healthcare improvement and being an honest broker for the consumer.
