Deborah Keller, MA
Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Deborah A. Keller is responsible for the leadership of human resources in accordance with the company’s strategic direction and goals. She creates and oversees programs, services, and policies to achieve operational objectives for Quality Health Strategies human resource needs. Ms. Keller has extensive experience in human resource management, most recently at Strayer Education (parent company of Strayer University), a 5,000 employee, $700 million, for-profit provider of post-secondary education awarding associate through masters degrees at 90 campuses in 22 states as well as globally online. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Suburban Hospital Healthcare Systems, Vice President of Human Resources for Nextel Communications, and Vice President of Human Resources for a variety of businesses at General Electric.

Ms. Keller earned her Master’s in Personnel Administration from Michigan State University and has an undergraduate degree in Individual and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University.
