Roxanne L. Rodgers, BBA, RN, PMP, CPUR
Vice President, Data Integrity Group
Ms. Rodgers joined Delmarva in 1989. She currently oversees Delmarva’s Data Integrity Group, which focuses on data driven program safeguard activities to combat Medicare fraud. Her lengthy DF career includes being Delmarva’s Public Reporting and Special Projects Leader, responsible for contracts with CMS and the state of Maryland related to measurement development for publicly reported healthcare measures for hospitals. Additionally she has held other management and review responsibilities within the QIO and special project arenas. Ms. Rodgers also brings to DF expertise as Registered Nurse. Prior to joining Delmarva, her managerial and clinical experience included almost 20 years in the acute medical, cardiac, renal and SNF settings.

Ms. Rodgers earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Management and Technology. She is also a graduate of Grace Hospital School of Nursing in Richmond, Virginia. Ms. Rodgers is a nationally Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and a Certified Professional in Utilization Review (CPUR).
