Rebecca Peter, BS
Controller
As Controller, Ms. Peter coordinates, administrates, and controls financial operations and oversees the development of financial accounting systems to maintain reporting requirements. She negotiates contracts with external contractors and vendors and supervises the external yearly audit process. She implements and directs budgets, cash flow analysis and forecast models, builds solid relationships with financial institutions, and supervises the Finance Department personnel and the overall flow of routine operations. With Delmarva since 1996, Ms. Peter was previously a Financial Analyst for Arinc Incorporated. Ms. Peter earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson State University.
