Performance Assessment and Validation - Fact Sheet (410kb)
For more than 20 years Delmarva Foundation’s Performance Assessment and Validation (PAV) team has monitored the health care provided for Medicaid fee-for-service (FFS) recipients in community, long-term care, and hospital settings. Delmarva Foundation ensures that the health services enrollees receive are appropriate, of high quality, in the correct setting, and at a reasonable cost.

For Medicaid managed care programs the team provides independent external quality review services to several state Medicaid agencies. Delmarva Foundation assesses the quality, timeliness, and accessibility of services for enrollees in Medicaid managed care programs. The PAV team works collaboratively with its clients to develop a cost effective strategy that meets each customer’s needs.

Health Integrity, LLC - Fact Sheet (624kb)
Health Integrity, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delmarva Foundation that monitors the new Medicare Prescription Drug program and investigates beneficiary reports of potential fraud, waste, or abuse from Medicare beneficiaries.
